      WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      DELIVERY TIME:

      UAE:
      Orders placed before 11:00 am local time, will be delivered on the next business day.

      Order placed after 11:00 am local local time, will be delivered the following business day. 

      GCC:
      Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days. 

      Europe/North America:
      Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days. 

      We use DHL Express for all our international and UAE deliveries.

      Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday or weekend day will be placed on the first UAE business day following the date on which the order was submitted. We reserve the right that deliveries may take longer for campaigns and between holidays or other events that may cause higher pressure on the warehouse.

        WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

        Your order number at the top of your order confirmation email which has been sent to the email address provided when completing your purchase.

        WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

        CAN I CHANGE OR ADD SOMETHING TO AN ORDER WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?

        It isn’t possible to make any changes once your order is registered in our system.

        CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION?

        We are unable to cancel/change any orders made once they have gone through the checkout process and been confirmed.

        WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

        We don’t want you to miss out! Pre-ordering gives you the chance to have product(s) set aside for when they are back in stock.  

        • Once a pre-order is placed, our system directly reserves the pre-ordered items to be dispatched on the specified dates available.
        • The estimated dispatching dates are specified on the product page.

          WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER?

          Once we receive your pre-order item, we will update you via email and confirm the tracking details.  For more information, please refer to our Pre-Order page. 

          (The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer however this can vary slightly).

              CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

              Creating an account will simplify your orders and account management, however, guests are always welcome!

              CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?

              Unfortunately this is not possible.

              I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCTS.

              Please click on our contact form or send us an email to office@equestribe.com and we will resolve this problem as soon as possible!

              WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

              Contact us via email within 7 days of delivery a with:

              • Your order number
              • Pictures of the faulty product
              • The problem you’re experiencing

              The product should be:

              • Unused and include all tags 
              • The product must be faulty due to a manufacturing issue and not caused by wear and tear.

              ARE THE SIZES TRUE TO SIZE OR DO YOU USE SPECIAL SIZING GUIDELINES?

              Our products are true to size and body fit. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest you go up by one size. Please refer to our size guide or contact our customer service team for further help.

              HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY FABRICS?

              We recommend you to wash all clothes at 30° C. Follow the washing instructions in the individual garments.

              Softskin Breeches and Technical Leggings 

              • Machine Wash at 30° C on gentle cycle and turn the pants inside out to protect your silicon grip.

              Base Layer and Technical Tee

              • Machine Wash at 30° C on gentle cycle

              Saddle Pad, Ear Net and Wraps

              • Wash cold on gentle cycle and use wash bag

              CAN I RESERVE A PRODUCT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

              No, unfortunately it’s not possible to reserve products on our website. Even if you put a product in your cart, it does not mean that it is automatically reserved for you.

              WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

              We offer different payment methods depending on your location. All of our payments are handled by Telr Payment Services that has the highest PCI standard applied.

              We offer payments via VISA, MasterCard, Mada, and PayPal.

                  RETURNS & EXCHANGES

                  CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?

                   

                  Yes, you can exchange for a different size/colour/style or an all together different product. Please contact us via email or contact form for further assistance.

                    MY PRODUCT WAS ON SALE, CAN I STILL EXCHANGE IT?

                    Unfortunately, all sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

                    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

                    We understand at times there may be reasons that you might want to return something you have bought with us, so we are here to make it as easy as possible for you. 

                    To make a return or exchange:

                    For all returns, please email us at office@equestribe.com with the following:

                      • Your order number
                      • Item(s) you will return/exchange
                      • Reason return/exchange. 

                    Please see below for policies, and steps to return or exchange.

                    RETURN WITHIN THE UAE/GCC & INTERNATIONALLY

                    • Returns are available within 7 days of delivery
                    • Return are only accepted if the product is;
                      • Not used/unworn
                      • Still has all original tags attached
                      • In its original packaging, along with any protective wrapping/packaging that came with the product. 

                    WITHIN THE UAE

                    • We will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred with the original delivery. 
                    • A fixed fee of AED 35 will be deducted from your refund for using our return label. 

                    GCC & INTERNATIONALLY

                    • Returns must be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. 
                    • Shipping costs are not covered by Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC).

                     

                    As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund you for the returned product(s). The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

                       

                      MY PRODUCT WAS ON SALE, CAN I STILL RETURN IT?

                      Unfortunately, all sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

                      HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY PACKAGE?

                      We have a fixed fee for returns when using our return label: 

                      UAE: 35 AED

                      GCC & INTERNATIONAL: 35 USD 

                      Please contact our Customer Service Team for more information and assistance. 

                         

                        HOW IS THE REFUND MADE AFTER I RETURN THE ITEM?

                        For all fully-priced items, using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 72 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 7-15 business days depending on the bank processing time. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

                        The refund is made as soon as we have received and checked the product condition. The refund applies to the returned product. The cost for the original shipping will not be refunded.

                        Note: If the return is damaged, or demonstrates for example torn labels, dirt, hair, or any traces of usage, Equestribe has the right to charge you for the damage to the product. This charge can amount to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. You will then receive a refund minus the reduction for the damaged product.
