PAYMENTS:

All Pre-Order payments are charged immediately at checkout. Should you wish to cancel your Pre-order for a full refund to the method of original payment, please ensure you contact us prior to the shipment date announced on the product page of our website. Any cancellation request shared upon or post the shipment date, will not be cancelable and must be returned through the refund policy. If you need to cancel your Pre-order, please contact our team via email office@equestribe.com 

DELIVERY: 

The date listed on the Pre-Order product page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer. We do our very best to communicate all details for Pre-Orders should there be any changes. 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING FEE UAE: 

If you are ordering a Pre-Order item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged the shipping fee once. We will not charge you again once your Pre-Order has been shipped.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING FEE GCC: 

If you are ordering a Pre-Order item with an In-Stock item, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for the Pre-Order item.

RETURNS: 

For Returns on Pre-Orders, you have 7 days from the day you have received the order. Please refer to our refund policy for all further details.
