For the clarity and clear understanding, we will mention the customer as “you”, Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) as “we” and www.equestribe.com as the “website” in the following terms and conditions.
These terms act as a security for you as a customer and we recommended you familiarize yourself with all terms and conditions before making your purchase on the website. Any completed purchase on the website links you to these terms and conditions and automatically confirms your acknowledgment and agreement.
Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) cannot be held responsible for any external or unforeseen circumstances.
ONE TRIBE TRADING - LLC" maintains the https://equestribe.com/ Website ("Site). The United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
PRICES
All prices on the website are in AED, SAR, KWD, OMR, EUR, GBP, CAD or USD depending on which currency you choose.
All prices set out on the Website include VAT where applicable and in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from within the UAE local VAT is included in the price. If an order is placed from outside of the UAE, the prices are excluding VAT.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
At Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) we value our customers and their privacy.
All information that is collected is managed and handled in a responsible manner. It is our priority to be clear about how we handle your personal information. Should you have any questions or concerns, you are always welcome to contact us.
There are occasions when we have to handle your personal information and other sensitive information in order to provide our services, such as: when you purchase items on Equestribe website. In order to process your order, we need to confirm that the purchase is real and that you have personally completed and initiated this purchase. Depending on your chosen method of payment we may have to handle your credit card information or perform a credit evaluation. If you want your information to be erased after your order is completed, please just email us.
In addition we save the following personal information about our customers:
Customers: First Name, Last Name, Company / Organization, Email, Person / Organ., Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone.
Orders: IP Address, Email, Person / ID, Address, Company, First Name, Last Name, Address, Postcode, City, Phone Number.
It is the users responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his/her account.

PAYMENTS
We offer different payment methods depending on your location. All of our payments are handled by Telr Payment Services that has the highest PCI standard applied.
We offer payments via VISA, MasterCard, Mada, and PayPal.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. It is the users responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his/her account.
If you are under 18 years old, you need a guardian’s approval for your purchase.
SHIPPING
All our shipments are processed by DHL Express Worldwide. Depending on your location, shipping costs may vary. When shopping over a certain amount, you might also be eligible for free shipping. For more information please refer to our shipping page here.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Once your order is sent you will receive another notification with a tracking number. Please make sure you provide accurate contact information to be able to receive these updates for your order.
For notifications relating to your package, the mobile phone number and email address that you entered while your purchase will be used. Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) cannot be held responsible for errors the customer made when entering information during their purchase. Please check your contact information carefully to ensure you receive notifications correctly.
Please note the importance of entering the correct email address and phone number. Failure to do so means that you will not receive necessary information about your order. Packages that are not deliverable due to incorrect address or details will be returned to us. Your order will then be refunded except for the below highlighted amounts per unclaimed package.
UAE: AED 80 per unclaimed package
GCC & International orders: €/£/$ 40 per unclaimed package
DUTIES AND TAXES
All international orders outside the UAE, may be subject to local VAT, customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. Please note that Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) has no control over these charges and the charges differ per country. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.
Please be aware that customs and duty fees are not included in your order and shipping total and must be paid by the parcel recipient upon delivery.
Equestribe is not responsible for any fees associated with imports. All customs and duty fees must be paid by the recipient/buyer. All orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or sent back to us. Therefore Equestribe does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact our customer service team.
REFUSAL POLICY
UAE:
For packages that are not collected/accepted and which are returned to us, the customer will be charged AED 100 to cover all costs for shipping, packing and administration.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Delay or refusal when paying for local VAT, customs and duty fees (DDU) will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) you agree to these terms and conditions.
DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is completed we aim to get your package to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 11AM GST will be processed the same day and the packages normally reach the customer within a few days depending on your location.
Please be aware that during campaigns and/or product releases the delivery times may be longer.
While shopping on the website products may run out of stock and Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) cannot be held accountable for these occurrences. Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) has no liability where products are sold out. If a product you have ordered is sold out, we will contact you using the specified email address or phone number to find a solution that feels best for you. Should the out of stock product be a limited edition / sales product, and no additional stock is scheduled, the item will be cancelled from your order and the payment will be refunded.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
If you want to exercise your right to withdraw from your purchase, you must send the product back to us within 7 days from the day that you received it. For the return to be approved, you must complete the return form you received in the original package.
When making use of your right to withdraw from your purchase, you are fully responsible for the return shipping cost and may select a courier of your choice.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product(s). Please be aware that we will not refund the shipping costs from the original purchase.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
WITHIN THE UAE
Returns are available within 7 days of delivery. A return is only accepted if the product is not used and unworn, still has all original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging along with any protective wrapping/packaging that came with the product. We will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred with the original delivery.
The return cost is AED 35 and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONALLY
Returns are available within 7 days of delivery. A return is only accepted if the product is not used and unworn, still has all original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging along with any protective wrapping/packaging that came with the product. Returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC).
When making use of your right to withdraw from your purchase, you are fully responsible for the return shipping fee and may select a courier of your choice.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product(s) in store credit. Please be aware that we will not refund the shipping costs from the original purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If the return is damaged, or demonstrates for example torn labels, dirt, hair, or any traces of usage, Equestribe has the right to charge you for the damage to the product. This charge can amount to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. You will then receive a refund minus the reduction for the damaged product.
REFUNDS
UAE
For all fully-priced items ordered in the UAE and using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 72 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 7-15 business days depending on the bank processing time. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
The refund is made as soon as we have received and checked the product condition. The refund applies to the returned product. The cost for the original shipping will not be refunded.
GCC & INTERNATIONAL
All orders and items using single-payment credit cards, will be processed 72 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 7-15 business days depending on the bank processing time. The refund is made as soon as we have received and checked the product condition. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
The refund applies to the returned product. The cost for the original shipping will not be refunded and customers are responsible for the shipping fee of their return items.

Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar unfortunate events that may happen where our products have been used.
Please keep in mind that beads, crystals, ropes and other embellishments on saddle pads, wraps, fly hats and other products are only for decoration. These embellishments are fragile and if they break or fall off, they are not a valid cause for complaints, returns, or reclaims.
We are happy to help advising you on how to select the correct size on our products. Please refer to our size guide for the individual products. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit until the products are tried on.
Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) remain the right to cancel an order if extraordinary reasons appear and can not to be considered at fault for products selling out, delays, technical problems, changes in release dates, and inaccurate product information.
Please be aware that the colors in the pictures of our website may vary depending on the settings on your screen. The color can be slightly different in real life.
Following your order or subscription, text messages, back in stock notifications and email advertisement may be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can always choose to unsubscribe from our emails and text messages.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market battles, decisions by the authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and commitments on our part, and which causes us to if not able to keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall form the basis for Equestribe (One Tribe Trading LLC) being released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
